Corporate parties are office meetings on steroids, with fancier snacks and a free bar, where guests swap business cards and awkwardly avoid the dance floor. They're the only place where you’ll find a CEO and an intern bonding over mini quiches.
They can be anything, and anywhere (indeed, after so many jobs in the City, I've developed an irrational fear of large intricate corporate buildings - you could say I have a complex complex complex), and all shapes & sizes of corporate entertainment operate, from stilt-walkers to limbo dancers - although I admit it - good limbo dancers are thin on the ground.
